This garment is a bifurcated evening dress. That simply means that the bottom half of this dress fits like culottes rather than a skirt. It is made in polyester crepe back satin. It has an empire waist with gathers under the bust and a wide scooped neckline. The bottom half is cut on the bias so it clings around the waist and hips and flares out toward the bottom. It has long tapered magyar sleeves with hidden gussets at the underarm for movement and a zip fastening at the back
